This is the Glitzy- Lace Technique from the most recent issue of Technique Junkies Newsletter.The middle layer is the technique. Quite fun as the card is not the only thing that is glitzy, LOL! I couldn't capture the shimmer in the photo, I am sorry to say. So just imagine it in microfine glitter , mauve and brown.

Oh my goodness, this actually took my breathe away! Just visiting to get a link but love it love it love it. I have seen this technique b4 and was happy to see it in the TJ newsletter. Going to try it soon, I already have the lace picked out but this makes me want to do it sooner than later.
