I have been traveling from May 8th to June 22nd. I have been home for over a month now and I am ready to update this blog with my adventures.
My first trip was a cruise to Alaska with Tim Holtz on the lovely Norwegian Pearl. It was a 7 day cruise and what a delight it was! There were 200 people signed up to cruise with Tim. We had 5 classes and the classes were taught in groups of 50. That may sound like a lot of people in one class, but it was intimate and you felt like Tim was teaching just you and you alone. We had loads of fun and we came away with so many free goodies that we all needed an extra suitcase to bring them home in. Not only is Tim very talented, he is also very generous!
Alaska was breath taking! The glaciers were magnificient, the wildlife was abundant and the people were so friendly. Even though it was May, there was still snow one day and those people that chose to take the train ride couldn't see a thing. It was quite cold that day.
I will post some photos of the projects we made as soon as I figure out how to do it.

Hey, Jackie! Great Alaska photos! Did the limited edition stamp come in that little suitcase? Too cute!
Would have loved to go on this cruise with Tim, but didn't have the money. *LOL* Plus, I used to live in Alaska (Anchorage) and when I saw it was in May I thought that it was pretty iffy weather-wise! It looks like it went the Inland Passage so you stopped in Ketchikan, etc?
