Technique Junkie Stampin Companion CD Blog Hop

Welcome to your second stop on the Stampin Companion Blog Hop. You should have arrived here from Judy's blog .I have had some camera problems so if need be, click on the photos for a better view. This is just one of 70 tutorials on the Stampin Companion CD. The CD was made exclusively for using Stampin Up products, but we all want to show the versatility of the techniques on this most creative CD. Use your SU stamps and products or your other favorite stamps and products as you see here. I have made the Accordion Pop Up card which is a gift all by itself and a really fun card to make. I know my granddaughter Grace will love this birthday card when she turns 6 at the end of the month. Did you notice the pockets on the two center panels of the card? Great for secret messages, LOL!The most prominent stamps used on this card are from Lili of the Valley in the UK.I hope you are ready to leave a comment and be entered in the random drawing to win your choice of any two Technique Junkies CDs. What a generous prize that is for the lucky winner. For those of you that have TJ's newsletters or CDs leave a comment about your favorite technique if you like. Here is the Blog Hop list . Please visit each Blog and leave a comment. You should have been to Judy's Blog first, then mine and your next stop is Donna's blog. Good Luck!

Hello Jackie! You always have wonderful cards/techniques to share! I love the cupcake card and I didn't realize there were"pockets" what a cool way to hide a little cash or gift card?? How did you make the cupcake on the front? I have ALL the TJ CDs up until about 2-3 years ago (i haven't been able to play d/t circumstances beyond my control), anyhow, it is so hard to pick a "favorite" technique!! Thank you for sharing! -- ;) Karen R.

Great card! I am always looking for a "different fold" card. My absolute favorite techniques are Faux DP and the new masked layers. There are so many more that I frequently go back and retry. Thanks for all the inspiration on todays hop. I do not have this cd yet but after today it will be on my wish list!

Cool, cool card. Yes, a Year old would love this card. Even a 65 Year old would love the card. I would use it and tuck some cash in those pockets.

Thank you,

Just too 'sweet'! I love the frosting on the cupcake. I also have enough birthday stamps that I could make something like this, so I'd better get the cd.
