You should have arrived here from Judy's Blog. You don't want to miss her fantastic artwork!
Now to introduce you to 3 different techniques on the CD
The above card showcases the Gesso Frames technique. This was such a fun card to make. The stamp is from Great Impressions and was stamped over designer paper. That's all I can tell you or I would have to (well you know) LOL!
This card showcases the Acrylic Gesso technique I love a technique that has some mystery to it. You never quite know what the end result will be until you finish the technique. It builds and builds as you move forward. I was quite happy at the end and you will be too when you give this a try! The stamps I used are from Inkadinkado and Art Impressions
My last card showcases the Distressed Gesso Resist technique. Have you noticed that I used Gesso for all of my techniques? Just wondering! This technique is also one of those mystery techniques, LOL! I was so pleased with the end result! The stamp is from Stamps Happen. Cute isn't it? BTW, those are pinwheels not flowers, (could have fooled me.)
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope I provided you with some creative inspiration. Your next stop is Ann's blog.
Just in case you lose your way, here is a list of all the designers blogs in the order you should follow them:

Catching Up

And BOY do I have a lot of catching up to do! It's been quite some time since my last blog post. I've been ill and just couldn't find the energy to post on my blog. So here's hoping that this is the beginning of a more consistent approach to my posting here. I am really going to try to make it a priority!
Here are some cards using techniques from Technique Junkies. I hope you enjoy them.
The above technique is Speckled Words. It's really fun and turns a simple card
into something special by just adding all the dots!
This card uses the Diagonal Image Technique. It takes a stamp to a new level. These are two very simple stamps from Studio G. Can you believe they were only $1 each? Keep that in mind when you have a stamp you like and have no idea what to do with it. This is the perfect technique for stamps like this!
This is the Faux Embroidered Image Technique as well as the one below:
Please ignore the bluish tint above the card  it is a scanner
issue and the flowers extend above the top of the card.
That's all for now. There are plenty more to come. Now I must prepare for a Blog Hop
happening on Tuesday morning at Technique Junkies.
Be there or be square!
